Mr. Pandey has played pivotal roles in some of the most renowned organizations. He began his journey as a Product Specialist at Ranbaxy, later excelling as a Product Manager at Lupin, Cipla, and Claris. Transitioning into the consulting domain, he contributed significantly at PharmARC Analytics Solutions before taking on key leadership roles at Indegene, Genpact, Axtria, and Mu Sigma.
A proud alumnus of IIHMR Jaipur, Mr. Pandey was part of the inaugural batch of the Pharma MBA program, setting the stage for his remarkable journey in the industry. His dedication to the field remains unwavering, as he continues to contribute as a Board of Studies member at IIHMR University and a Guest Faculty, specializing in Business Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, and Forecasting.
Today, as the Founder and Director of Scholavar, he leads an initiative dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and industry by equipping students, professionals, and organizations with specialized guidance and skill-based solutions tailored to the evolving landscape.
